ERC.Team, ERTC Express and Express RPS warrants that services will be provided in a professional manner consistent with industry standards.
Customers must notify ERTC Express by the manner of support ticket at www.erc.team/support of any service deficiencies within thirty (30) days from the performance of the defective services.
ERC.Team, ERTC Express and ExpressRPS DOES NOT guarantee that the software or system will perform error-free or uninterrupted or that ERC.Team, ERTC Express and Express RPS will correct all software errors.
For any breach of the above warranties, customer’s exclusive remedy and ERC.Team, ERTC Express and Express RPS entire liability shall be:
The correction of software errors that cause a breach of the warranty; or, if ERC.Team, ERTC Express and Express RPS cannot substantially correct such breach in a commercially reasonable manner, the customer may end the services period and recover a prorated portion of any purchase funds paid to ERC.Team, ERTC Express and Express RPS.
